Bank of Spain’s Website Hit With Heavy DDoS Attack

A heavy DDoS Attack hit the Bank of Spain’s Website which is started on last Sunday which leads to disturbing the service temporarily.

Bank of Spain is one of the largest and oldest banks in Span  Established in Madrid in 1782 and an attack targeting the direct bank website and taken down.

DDoS attack main aims to exhaust the resources of a network, application or service that leads an organization to face the various technical impacts.

Heavy DDoS Attack

But Banco de España says the DDoS disruption didn’t have any effect on the organization’s operations.

Also Spoken person said, They communications with the European Central Bank were unaffected and that there was no evidence that it had suffered any type of data breach.

“It is a denial of service attack that intermittently affects access to our website, but it has had no effect on the normal functioning of the entity, the official said to Reuters.

This kind of Powerful DDoS attacks always ends up costing your organization tens of thousands of dollars in man-hours, lost business and reputation damages.
