This much-anticipated release offers enthusiasts and learners a complete desktop setup priced at just $190, continuing Raspberry Pi’s mission to make computing accessible to everyone.

The Raspberry Pi 500 is the successor to the highly popular Raspberry Pi 400, retaining its all-in-one keyboard form factor while upgrading to the advanced Raspberry Pi 5 platform. It delivers impressive performance with the following specifications:

For those seeking an out-of-the-box experience, the $120 Desktop Kit adds essential accessories, such as the Raspberry Pi Mouse, a 27W USB-C power supply, HDMI cable, and the beginner-friendly Raspberry Pi Beginner’s Guide (5th Edition).

To complete the desktop setup, Raspberry Pi has introduced the Raspberry Pi Monitor, retailing at $100. Designed with clean integration in mind, the monitor boasts a 15.6” full HD IPS display with a 45% color gamut and 80° viewing angle. It also features:

  • A fold-away integrated stand and VESA mounting points

This slender monitor perfectly complements the Raspberry Pi 500, or any other Raspberry Pi model, offering a sleek, cost-effective desktop display solution.

In keeping with its mission to bridge the digital divide, Raspberry Pi has also reduced the price of the Raspberry Pi 400 to $60 (from $70) and the Personal Computer Kit to $80 (from $100).

Both now include a Raspberry Pi-branded SD card, ensuring better performance right out of the box.
