Cyber A.I. Group Announces LOI to Acquire Prominent North American Cyber Security Company

Cyber A.I. Group, Inc., an emerging growth global cybersecurity, A.I. and IT services company, announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire a prominent North American-based cybersecurity firm.

The announcement was made by Walter Hughes, CEO of Cyber A.I. Group alongside A.J. Cervantes, Jr., Executive Chairman of Cyber A.I. Group and Chairman of Trilogy Capital Group, LLC, Cyber A.I.’s founding shareholder.

“This marks a pivotal inflection point as Cyber A.I. The North American-based cybersecurity company is recognized as a leading player in the cybersecurity industry with a strong track record of profitability and is expected to bring valuable expertise and an established client base to Cyber A.I. Group. The acquisition aligns with the company’s strategic objectives to enhance its cybersecurity offerings and expand its reach across key international markets.

“Our publicly stated objective at Cyber A.I. is to reach $100 million in revenue within the next twelve to eighteen months,” added A.J. Cervantes, Jr., Executive Chairman.
